It's blocked around 70% of the time. It opens fairly regularly naturally with rainfall. It's a hard place to fish most times

As above, it's closed a majority of the time.

The estuary itself is mostly shallow and weedy with difficult access aside from under the bridge and the fishing platforms which have access to the deeper channel.

Upstream is also fishable from a few platforms and banks along the creek.

There are bream in there, but not easy to catch as they spook easy in the narrow water. Last time I fished there schools of small mullet and toadies picked most of the baits. The creek is quite snaggy too, I've lost plenty of lures there without hooking a fish.
