Bream where do they go???

I can catch bream in estuaries along the coast but where do they go when the creeks /stream open up ??? Has anyone caught bream in the surf ?black bream that is ,from a boat?

They follow the salt wedge this time of year. Where the fresh sits on top of the salt.

But yes I've caught them off bay beaches fairly regularly in the past

Black Bream are usually only found in estuaries and rivers and yellow fin bream can be found both in estuaries and in the surf / bays but most of the time only close to the shore say 200-300 max off the shoreline.
