Warrnambool

Post by guppie12 » Sat Apr 01, 2017 3:26 pm

Hi all going to Warrnambool for the Easter break. I am going with my mum and grandad, we will be staying at the big 4 holiday park on the hopskins river. Looking for bream and will be venturing out further. Just looking to see where would be a good spot to fish and what lure or bait
Cheers

Myself and a couple of friends will also be venturing down that way Sunday/ Monday. Hoping to do some surf fishing or something like that. Limited experience in this area so interested to hear other spots to try as well.

I spent Easter at that caravan park, loads of Bream along the bank and under the fishing platforms, unweighted bread, pipi's and prawns worked well on the Bream, biggest was only 30cm but the little beasts are strong.
