Salmon
Caught plenty of trout off the pier this morning. Took 5 home for breakfast.

They taste great fresh. Under 30cm they have sweet white firm flesh. Once they go past 30cm the table quality drops away.

Dont freeze and eat within 2 days. We caught some.big buggers this year and i was wrapt. Bloody awesome. Il never put a salmon down as bait again. (Maybe its head)

Nice. Yeah I guess it was in response to 4litres. Up to 1kg I eat em but after that I find them a bit dry.

I can certainly see it be off-putting to some but I've never had serious issues with it. To each his own, though. I saw this one guy post that he doesn't like eating KGW lol.
