Usually you will find big snapper out in the deep waters during sunrise/daytime, where as they would be moving into shallow waters at sunset/nighttime.

However when the water is between 16-17c in PPB, they should be anywhere at any given time

Chris, u are on the money.. they were hitting hard around sunset 5:30-7pm 10-12 meters waters deep.. On my friends Garmin, it shows around 17 degrees

Thanks Mustang, I have to appreciate and thanks to some of my friends who owns charters and boats, they gave us a call and told us where they were biting, we went there and it was on the Dollar!!! No doubt about that... everyone was bagging out yesterday..

The water in PPB would not have been 17deg Rustie. It only reaches that mark in mid-late December (weather dependent).

PPB should be in the low 15deg at the moment.

I think that's surface temp....bring on the good weather, this has been the coldest Spring I can remember!
