Patterson River this afternoon
My Daughter's driving lesson today took us down to the Patterson River for a couple of hours fishing today.
She nailed her first Bream before I even had lines in the water - and a ripped Bream it was. Bigger than anything I have managed of late.
She followed that up with a Star Fish and two Toad fish.
All I managed was one Toad fish ..... really would have rathered nothing at all than a toadie.......
Water was quite dirty - I tried a cranka crab for a while but zer action on that either.
Oh well as of Tuesday Spring starts and the fishing season starts - score board is cleared and we start afresh........well that's my argument anyway

It was a cracker - stupidly I didn't get the tape measure out for the photo - but my mind tells me it was pushing 30 cms, if not 35cms

Nice Bream, you give her a driving lesson, she gives you a fishing lesson cheers davo
It's an exhilarating feeling catching a fish
But it's an even better feeling releasing them
