Sandringham - 08/10 - PM

Short report:
The weekends good weather extended through to Monday afternoon so I thought I'd quickly wet a line after work at the Sandringham rock wall. Arrived at 5pm to find a few other folk had the same idea as there must of been about a dozen + other fishos scattered along the wall on both the inside and outside walls.. For me, I parked myself out all the way to the end as it was coming on low tide and the rocks at the end are a bit closer to the water line if I were to land anything.
2 x patto lines go out, 1 pillie, 1 squid and 1 x float line with a small whole squid.... and during the next 2 and a bit hours I mixed it around a bit to see if I could tempt anything. End result one small 20cm pinkie... and back he went for another day. So yeah, started out a nice Summery session, as the light faded I called it quits, and the thunderstorm rolled in 5 minutes after I had packed up and made it to the car. Nice timing
Side note, 2 fellas running half a dozen lines between them at the turn point on the breakwall looked to have a few largeish salmon, probably around the 35cm+ mark.
