these were all caught a max 1 meter from the rocks so you could actually see them hit the soft plastic

Re: brighton pier
matched the hatch this is what they were feeding on after a hour the salmon moved down the rocks but i had enough for salmon patties so 4 was plenty i was using a shimano nano impact nt 1-4kg shimano stradic2500 fk 6lb braid 10lb leader 1/8 jighead i find this to be a awesome setup the salmon put a great buckle in the rod and there,s nothing like the sound of braid coming off a reel

Re: brighton pier
yep all on soft plastics thats why i put the pic of what they had in there stomach and the soft plastic i was using , it was a squidgy fish silver fox is a great soft plastic to use they are get smashed up pretty easy but at $6-$7 bucks a pack all good i only used 3 yesterday and the salmon patties were awesome (on a side note the squidgies makers need to lift there game i have noticed the black on the lure peels off easy in the water none of there others do )Bar002811 wrote:Good job mate  were the caught on lures?dazz999 wrote:these were all caught a max 1 meter from the rocks so you could actually see them hit the soft plastic
