7/8/2016
Today we launched out from st kilda at around 1:30 and the moment we got out noticed that the water was very murky.
Kept driving but it wouldn't clear up so decided to give the squidding a miss.
We decided to drift in 6 metres to see what would show up.
Couple of baits out the back and flicking soft plastics each as well.
Ended up with a nice bag of flatties. Threw back 5 or 6 that were around the 30 cm mark.
At one point all rods went off with a double header of big flatties on one rod, both the plastics, one which was just sitting in the rod holder and the other bait rod as well.
Was chaos for a few minutes
Was a great day out in the water
Cheers,
LX

cant beat flattie tails. For me its the number one fish of choice. Good day out to amazing conditions all day and on a weekend when we can all get out to enjoy.
