Helping my mate selling his kayak.

Hobie Compass kayak camo with 180° turbo drive and Hobie wheels.
Bought Jan 2021, haven't been used much, always garaged. Good condition.

RRP brand new is $4,490 and the wheel is $290.
Selling for $3,950 and open for reasonable offer.
I think he'll let go $3800 easily to be honest.

I love the Pro Angler, but if I had my time again, I’d get a compass instead.

Are you both getting new yaks Sebb, or focusing to another fishing platform?

The compass is lighter and simpler. For a quick fishing, it's good, not a lot of storage though. PA is good for full on fishing, but yeah, heavier, need trailer etc. I know few people moved on from PA and bought compass.

This spring and summer we'll be mostly focusing on river trout on fly and BFS.
Potentially looking for Hobie Lynx next year. Something light and simpler.

Spread the words about the compass. It's open for reasonable negotiation too. I reckon it'll be sold closer to AFL final, or few days after that. No footy, warmer weather, snapper season, people be out and about.

Starting to give it up.
Summer over summer, trips over trips, landbased, kayak, charter... Nil, nada, zilch, zero, none.
Sometimes a man needs to know when to give up.
Maybe one day I'll get the feeling back and hopefully luckier.

Plenty of good fishing land-based, will mention to a few who I know may be looking at getting a yak for summer.
