You did get the free shipping. If you have a look at how much you were charged you were only charged for the products you purchased.

The shipping was quoted at $6.60 and the discount was quoted at $6.60

Does that make sense????

I have had a look at the back end of the site re the hook pricing.

Well it is sort of right and it sort of isn't right. Oh god this will be good, i am going to try to explain myself but im only on my first coffee for today.

You see the 12 packs start at $5.90 but all of the 25 packs are on sale for $8.25 so the site is showing prices starting from $5.90 but the sale price is $8.25. BARGAIN 25 OC's for $8.25 !!!

Not only is this a bit stupid of the site to do this, the only way i can fix this is to split the hooks into two different products just because of the quantity in the pack. That would seem a bit of a waste given that the drop down boxes are supposed to allow you to select the quantity per pack you want to order.

So essentially the info is correct, prices start at $5.90 and sales prices are $8.25 but the way it is displayed is crap.

If you guys think i should split the hooks into two different products to remove this pricing display problem i will. I try to make the stuff on the site for the reader not for me.

Fyi, i will be removing the sale price from the hooks soon. According to law we can't advertise an item on sale unless it has been for sale (or will be for sale) at the full price at some stage.

I could tell you where that is, but unfortunately we need to keep our IP (Intellectual Property) in house.
