Yep and BCF is moving in to the property and closing down it's Laverton store in July.

Probably phasing out the "Ray" name, they sell the same stuff more or less in competition with it self ?
Makes sense to consolidate and cut out the double expenses in running two brand names under the same banner.

Not likely. They have and clearly continuing the re-branding of Rays stores into BCFs though. Another 5 years or so and Ray's won't exist anywhere
