Me....I'm spewin just bought waders not long ago...

I got 2 pairs free from work. Cant complain! Just be really careful when you use them in the surf!

Ive owned a pair of those waders and would not recomend them from my experience. They will be fine for first few use, once stretched they will start leaking water from the stitchings. If you are only using them for splash proofing aplications like off a surf or rainy day then its ok but if your planing on getting chest deep in water then highly not recomended. They do come with repair kits i guess for obviouse reasons. :down:

I don't think any neoprene waders are 100% waterproof. I had a good pair of snowbees and they eventually leaked where the stitching was. Even though you might get a bit of a leak with them the neoprene still keeps you nice and warm. Can't complain for $75 when a good pair of breathable waders and boots will cost you anywhere from $500 to $1000

Yes good points re the neoprene waders. I recently bought a pair of breathable Snowbee Rangers and they have been pretty good so far, though like all breathable high tech materials....they are not. They breathe if you are relatively stationary in water but that's only half the story with waders as typically used by trout fishers.....after you're done or even before you start fishing, there is usually a fair walk into the good area and you will sweat and get hot no matter what breathable claims the manufacturer makes.

Yeah i agree Stumpjumper. They are breathable, but how much..? That's debatable. I can say though they do breath more than the neoprene waders and are much lighter. the neoprene isn't that great when soaked in the snowy mountains in sub 0 temps.. you become a walking icy pole in no time!

Thanks for the heads up...I bought a pair today, lets see how long it takes for them to leak
