Aldi special on 3rd March @ $60, this is great value for those who freeze some of their catch.
Absolutely the best way to freeze fish, or meat and will keep for months.

It came with a few bags last time, and they sell rolls of bag separately

Kim, refills are 2 rolls 28 cm x 5 metres or 2 x 40 bags 22 x30 cms @ $15.
See the Aldi brochure for illustration. Shows film protruding from machine, don,t know whether this means they are already loaded or not.
I,m just buying rolls for the machine I,ve had for years.
Hope this helps.

Use an Aldi one for all our fish. Also vac any vegies out of the garden that we are freezing. Works great had it for over 12 months. Just make sure you clean out the channel that any moisture goes into after each bag. Keep your fish just one layer deep, so if it is flatty fillets put them in in rows then lay the bag flat on the kitchen bench and put the end of the bag in the vac. I double seal it. i.e I vac and seal then move the bag out a few mm then seal it again.
Another tip is to sprinkle a bit of salt in before you put your fish in. Helps with the flavour when you use it.
