Apparently is all legit, see eBay item number 122859289632 they are being sold by PayPal it seems. There is a thread regarding this here https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/35014 ... nt-5427013.

Good for Xmas presents or if you were planing on making a purchase there anyway I guess. Or wait till after Xmas and get an extra 15% off their sale products.

I believe it's electronic delivery by email. About 15 mins or so for most people but I haven't bought one so I can't be sure.
