You're joking aren't you??? There are two that have been mentioned plus you can't forget northern fishing and camping http://www.northerncamping.websyte.com.au/

Heaps to choose from. A few closer into the city as well.

picked up a shimano rod and reel combo for $99 today. I was rapt. A certain tackle store near me, sells the rod on its own for $120. You can get good bargains at bcf when they have sales :)
To fish or not to fish...NOT TO FISH ??Yea...like that's even an option !

Went to bcf bought a rod and reel as a combo for $170 instead of separately which would have cost me $250. Great bargains at bcf!

There's a new shop opened on Matthews Avenue just opposite (and north a bit) of the Essendon Airport called "Airport Angler" (?). Bloke I spoke to was very helpful and knew his fishing, he was waiting on more stock to arrive so I'm not sure on prices but it's worth a look.

there is compleat angler in camperfield. or Auzzie Angler in Greensbough/
The compleat angler in Campbellfield is the worst tackle shop in Australia & aussie angler dosen't have a much time for your average angler it's more for the upper class. SNOBS
