It ***** me when they don't put prices online, there is zero chance of me wasting half a tank of petrol to get to a shop unless I know there are some decent deals.

Not aware of any catalog. If you have been interested in a particular item, and you roughly know its price, then you can figure out the discount. Lures will obviously be 25% off...unless they are expensive lures over $200! People who frequent these stores will know their prices...of course if you don't know starting prices then it may be difficult.

That's the kicker, you never know if it's been marked up 20% before the 25% discount or something, or even if they have the sort of gear you are looking for. I know they do it potential customers can't compare prices with competitors easily, but I figure if they aren't prepared to let people compare their prices then they probably aren't the best value. Someone who feels they are offering very competitive prices will shout them from the rooftop.

TW lure prices are pretty good IMO, similar to most smaller privately owned tackle shops, some slightly cheaper some slightly more expensive so 25% would make it worth while checking it out.

They mentioned on FB that Ray Longs in Geelong will have a sale soon as well which might save some Km's depending where you live.
