Hi all
After 25 years of operating in Epping, the tackle store is closing. I would stop their occasionally on the way to my sister's and pick up the odd item...like my supply of Platil ST mono! Since I have been going there (maybe 10 years) they had a never ending sale, well it appeared that way because the sign was painted on the window. They are having a clearance sale now. It is sad that they are closing as I will miss the odd visit there.

great store and a friendly family run business.. retirement? or relocating? independent stores are battling there way through against the corporate giants these days.. having grown up in epping I have spent a lot of time n money there! ill be stopping in this week n grab some stuff

I know their son works there as well so maybe he dosen't want to take the business over. I will pop in after work tomorrow and see if there are any bargains.

I,ll be calling in but not for a bargain, Chris and wife Tina have been friendly supporters and sponsors of GDAC for many many years, I,ll miss the family environment that you don,t get in big stores.
