Patch fix breathable wader
When my goretex jacket got cut, the outdoor shop patched it for me with some sorta glue and iron it etc etc but no idea how exactly they did it.
My breathable wader got a little cut/whole for sometime now and thinking to patch fix it myself. The wader came with the same fabric material patch to use, I just need to know how.
Googled and watched some YouTube videos, mostly Americans using glue from Walmart or European. Did a quick search in FV and none came up.
Does anyone here know how? And what glue should I use? Something that I can get from Bunnings or any hardware store.
Thanks fellas.

Seby, I have no idea , , , , as I don't wear goretex , , , , well after hours maybe
I was in the Sign Industry and we used Silicone as a general glue, only thing is, it takes time to cure (set) which means it may lift in the process OR smear if you put weight on it to keep the patch in place.
If you have to buy something, then why not get in touch with your "Inner Nanna" and try "Spotlight" , , , , they are the Fabric Gurus and may have a great way of doing it AND the stuff to do it too
Cheers, Grandma Bug

Re: Patch fix breathable wader
I used Aquaseal on my Redington breathable waders and it held up okay.. Mine was on the outside above knee height, not sure how it would go around the knee area with bending of the knees, though it is a flexible glue so it may do the job..

Should I put two patch, one inside and one outside? Or just outside?
