Tell that to the boys that took a dozen custom rods to the hobie worlds in a tube and received them all snapped in half...

Considering the value of the contents throw a bit of money at the quality of the pipe...


90mm pvc should bteak like that ynless something was smashed against it

That looks like it’s been run over by a luggage truck or something like that! No suitecase or amount of throwing it around would do that

Not to mention even slightly bending the pipe wouldn’t snap your rods after all they are pretty flexible. I’d be wanting a please explain and a refund from the airline for that kind of rubbish service, that’s a disgrace

All the “please explains” in the world doesn’t replace your rods at a holiday destination.

Hence why I suggested pressure pipe.

Call the insurance company make a.claim for the.rods and.go buy the best.ones tou can grom the local place.

is there any specific reason you cant just buy One thats available in the shops?
Anaconda actually have a decent rod tube they sell.
or the dinga ones by Jarvis walker
