Personal EPIRBS

Post by kenzie101 » Sat Dec 02, 2017 8:29 am

Hi all,

A quick query on any recommendations for personal epirb.

My oldest son is a mad snowboarder and bushlander. Gets off the beaten track at times and an epirb would give us all piece of mind.

He does the right things and leaves contact and destination details with parks etc when he is out and is mostly with a mate or two.

Still things can and do happen.

Any thoughts or suggestions are much appreciated.

Good fishing,
Mark.

That's the one I bought; happily I haven't needed to use it but it is a good size and light. I don't really notice it around my neck using the lanyard.
Cheers,
Neil

It's an exhilarating feeling catching a fish
