Personal Trout Fishing Shirts..

Post by meppstas » Thu Aug 24, 2017 5:36 pm

While the season was closed I decided to grab a few new shirts (all new from the op shop $2-00 ea) and place a few iron trout stickers etc that I printed out. I had recently purchased some more iron on A4 sheets, gave me something to do for a day or two.. :-D
Bottom shirt 4 has a stain on the pocket it because I've already been fishing in it.. also have made up some great t-shirts as well...

cheers
Adrian

Great job mate
Personally I prefer cloth patches &/or embroidery
Now a days, they do computer embroidery, anything you want, just need a picture.
When I win lotto I'll get a special designed shirt for you.

Cheers Gra

Thanks guys..
Gra, I'd prefer the embroidery shirts too but I wear the shirts out very quickly when trout fishing.. often get small tears in them from bush bashing, stains off the willow trees when they're covered in scale, occasional blood spatter from a trout when it bleeds from the mouth when it gives a head shake. This is a cheaper way for something that will last maybe two trout seasons.. I do have two Mepps embroided shirts that I had sent to me from France that get worn every so often.. I did call into get a price on embroidery and it's not the embroidery that's dear, it's the setting up of it..

cheers
