After doing shocking 12hr shifts at work for an entire week, I feel dead bored and feel I need to get out there!

I got myself an Osmosis wetsuit today. One step closer to being in the water. I know it's not a proper dive suit, but I guess I have thick skin and enjoy the cold... (any excuse to get out there!)

Anyone/Vinhii, any places you can recommend to get a speargun? Did you still have the spear with the bent prong?

I'm about to head out and get a mask and flippers..

Where can a novice-ish person can go diving? I live in St Kilda East, couple mins from the beach.

yeah buddy i do .. ill be heading out to fish in next couple days so if you like.. i can call ya and i can give you the spear i no longer use cause i needa buy a new one anyway lol..

I know of a place where i get my sht from so he`ll take care of ya throwin you a text now ^^,

you can dive anywhere but aslong you are 50-100 meters away from the piers to not disturb the fisherman .. check your PM too.

Hahaha vinhii, thanks for the text man. I got too excited and bought a spear/hawaiian sling & a spear gun.

It's an Oceanic - Ocean Hunter and the hand spear/sling is a Maritec.

I can still take the spear off your hands, sorry I couldn't get it earlier. Was pulling as many hours from work as I could because we lost the contract (awesome pay) and I'll be working else where starting next year with a pay cut

I'd like to get a full suit, I went shopping for one but never found one that actually fit! (apparently my calves are too big :evil: it's true.. but annoying at the same time! :| )
