Don't know of this is exactly created yet, but it would be amazing if it was. Having done scuba diving before all I could say is that this would be far better than packing some heavy scuba gear. This mask supposedly allows us to breath under water extracting the oxygen from it.

It's a " conceptual " project, meaning it's the development of a new product, same as concept sports cars at exhibitions, great looks and features but don't work in real life, this mask has no way or ever will of drawing oxygen from water, if it was possible to draw oxygen from water the military would have developed it long ago for the navy seals.
