I really don't think the local shire is going to be happy with fisho's drilling holes in cliffs and installing reinforcement bars.
You would not believe the amount of things cemented into rock ledges if you take the time to look.

I'm actually not even sure if this is against the law and if it is, the two places i'm thinking of doing it are so far removed from access there literally isn't even a track there. I'm not going to go down to Mt Martha and start drilling into the cliff at Hearn Road or Cape Schanck or somewhere like that.

Just remember, what happens on the ledge, stays on the ledge

I had no idea that is a legitimate rock climbing technique - but I did a google image search for "fisting" and sure enough, it seems legit.
I got this when googling fisting.

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki

Nothing on rock climbing

Edit Don’t search it in wiki

Of course its against the law.

In saying that, I personally couldn't care for any cliff face upgrades as I'm the last person you would consider a 'greenie'. :ch:

The environmental damage would be aesthetic not that people would see it unless they are on the cliff face itself unlike wind turbines, skyscrapers etc
