Used sleeveless wet suit on ebay $25
Rivers spray jacket $28
Neoprene boots at BCF $35

For under $100 I'm happy with this.

There's both used women's and men's wet suits on ebay, some have only been used 2 or 3 times, full suits half suits and different thickness, it's just a matter of sifting through all the add's, you can buy new from china at good prices but I hate waiting 3 to 6 weeks for delivery !

Worse part is I clicked the link just as one of the office girls was walking past when it was on the screen, nothing I say will change this girls mind about me now ! thx.
