Gulls and pelicans very pleased to use this platform as form of sanctuary at Clifton Springs.
However, could/should be better used if installed on RHS of the new ramp and thus give users easier access for boat launching.
It's been like this for several months now; nothing seems to be happening!!

Bird watching.

Problem is councils run the boat ramps users pay yet the facilities are sub par compared to northern states where ramps are paid for by rego, licensing etc.
