Didn't see these recommendations, but bit the bullet this morning at took it to Alan. So glad to hear you guys recommend! Bit out of the way, but meh whatever.

Didnt realise you were willing to travel this far otherwise i would have also recommended alan from southside marine.
another one thats good nearby and around the corner is The Outboard Workshop.

Was ringing around and everyone was pretty busy. Alan said if I bought it in straight away he'd look at it otherwise he had a 6 week backlog.

Thought it was worth the trip and get it looked at straight away. I've got an addiction to maintain hah

I am currently having major issues with Jv braeside and i am talking Vcat, Have a look at nautica marine, carrum downs. Dixie knows his stuff, very happy with his work.

Would not bother trying to buy a boat off them ,as their as their boatsales customer service is **** house....
