Hey all,
Does anyone know if the kirk point ramp is usable?
Doesn't seem to be much info online I.e. it just looks like a derelict heap of mud
Cheers

Re: Kirk Point Boat Ramp
At the end of beach rd? Yes, concrete ramp, but there is nowhere to tie your boat so it is near impossible solo and you have to be careful not to get washed into rocks either side. Small boats only use it, gets rough on an easterly. Tinnies are often launched around the corner off the beach down the end of the side track. At moment a fair amount of weed at the beach head. No mud around there, fairly well packed sand, just the weed build up as mentioned on the beach head. to drag it over. Ramps generally clear of weed.
