Hi Guys,

Now that the warmer temp is coming through what protective clothing and head gear are you using.

Recently I noticed Rivers have a fishing shirt and rain light weight top on sale.

Rain buster jacket

Where is a good place to buy good quality cheap caps that protect your neck and the side of your head.

Those fishing shirts are great. I used to think they were a wanker thing but they offer great protection just make sure it's at least UPF40+ but seems a pretty good price.

Still do but always looking at alternatives.

What head wear are you using that covers the neck line.

Never used it in my life, but I'll wear a shirt and hat. Just for the record, my family is riddled with cancer and I've lost aunties and uncles to the shitty disease

I always wear a long sleeve t shirt as well as a wide brim hat when fishing or out in the garden. I also use a face shield on days that are really sunny with high uv count even if I just where it like a scarf to cover the back if my neck. Don't worry what you look like just be safe.

bcf are having a sale of 2 fishing tournament shirts for $100 atm, they are UPF50 rated which is good. and also breathable.
i use one of those and a hat plus a face mask/buff.
i need to get into the habit of using sunscreen on my face, as thats the only part that gets burnt.
