Squid and Snapper
Hey all,
On Saturday afternoon, i will be going for some squid. Any hot spots at the moment, and which jig colour is doing the job.
Any advice and tips appreciated.
On Sunday, if i catch squid, it will be fresh bait, for a landbased spot. Anybody know where the snapper are biting at the moment (landbased)? Maybe, Mordialloc Pier, Brighton Pier? Mornington Pier???
Hopefully i will make this weekend worth it, and get a catch to be proud of.
Cheers everybody

Re: Squid and Snapper
Mornington pier and rocks are tour best bet this side of the bay for both of them

Sounds awesome. Have been to that area a few times and have caught salmon and flathead, also saw a few squid caught as well.purple5ive wrote:Mornington pier and rocks are tour best bet this side of the bay for both of them
