Hi Everyone,

Where can you buy live pippi in the western suburbs.

I know you can get them at Springvale Market in the SE corridor however but when we head out the western side of Melbourne where can we purchase live pippi from?

Live pippies are a pain in the bum, close up when u want to open them, and I have never found them any better than dead/fresh frozen ones. My shark donger has opened more live pippies than it has donged sharks.

My advice would be find somewhere with fresh frozen pippies and stock up.

Also, make sure u get pippies, not cockles, they dont seem to work as well for some reason
