Getting to Hogan and Deal Islands?

Hi Guys,

Does anyone regularly head out to Hogan Island, or (even further) Deal Island?

I'm curious as to how long it takes to get there from Port Welshpool?

I personally haven't done it but I remember a couple of years back the game fishing club organised a big group meet to head out there. It's a fair old run would definitely be doing it with more than 1 boat.

The run out to hogan isn't that bad, in good weather 40 mins or so past cliffy.

There is no protection out that far though if the weather changes, long way to punch back before you can duck inside the prom

Hogan is about 75km from Port Welshpool ramp roughly 40km passed seal island.
