I know this might be a longshot but can anyone reccomend a draftsman for buildinv plans
Also does anyone know any builders that are experienced in extensions.

Give the family business, arch designs a try, the owner is a very close friend of mine and has been in the trade for 31 years. He is renowned for his work in Melbourne Eastern Suburbs and the Mornington Peninsula. He did an amazing extension on my families house last year.
