He's had a good bath and a hair cut and has settled in really well and he's bonded beautifully with our other dog. You'd think they were joined at the hip.
He hasn't had much training in his previous life but at least he was house trained. No accidents to clear up. He does have the smarts though, so we don't think his training will be too difficult.
He's not at home yet.He is still quite anxious He still has sad eyes. He will come around.
Some rescues take longer than others,depending on their history . Flossing took over 12 months, to get the sparkle back in her eyes.
You will know when he feels at home.
Patience,love & understanding,is what he needs.
