Main problem is all the active fish are near the warm water out flow which is in the NO GO FISHING ZONE.
I know anglers that have sounded them elsewhere in the lake but they are dormant and not feeding.

You can fish it.....you cop a fine...the water police understand that's why your there but you no thats the risjk you take....
we got fined....and probably will again.

its still cheaper than flying to the NT to catch one i guess.

It's not illegal to fish in the no go zone, it's only illegal to get caught! it's all part of the game we play in the world in this day and age. As long as you're prepared to pay the fine then theres nothing stopping you doing the crime!
