GPS Port Phillip Bay

Hi all I am looking for some assistance, as my old sounder croaked it and I have just got myself a Lowrance Hook 7 which I am pleased with. However my problem is ALL my marks died with it. As I am heading out tomorrow I am wondering if anyone has the GPS coordinates for the channel marker T7 prior to it been moved. I had a nice snapper mark near there so if I can get hold of the old gps coordinates I may be able to salvage this mark. Thanks for taking the time to read my tale of woe.
