If anyone here received an infringement or knows of anyone who received a fine for expired flares from 2005, you/they may get a refund:

Just a technicality, re issue the notices the correct way, 1825 infringements notices issued that a bloody lot. Just shows how many boaties check or even care about there safety equipment. What would happen if they needed the flares in an emergency and they didn't work, they would put the blame on everyone but them selves. Fines should stand. OMO
