That's incredible.
The temp anomaly feature is pretty cool too, does anyway know what they use as the baseline?

Base line average 1960-1990.
This is used with some variations for most weather anomalies. Seems a very strange idea to me. We have a roughly 60-80 year cycle of the pacific ocean temperature oscillation (pacific decadal oscillation ) and a background of 0.9 degree of sea surface temp increase over the last 100 years.
You would think you would need to average at least two oscillations of the Pacific to get some idea of the "average"
There's nothing . . . absolutely nothing . . . half so much worth doing as simply messing around in boats.

Thanks re-tyred, interesting that they use such a small sample as the average.

The data in it doesnt seem to match what meteye and bom is showing.
For eg. For tommorow. Bom has 14knots and this one has 9knots for mornington.

Not sure which one is correct lolll.

Personally I prefer to use Seabreeze and it is an absolutely awesome website. It breaks down areas into regions and i have found it very accurate. Just invert the colors on the graph as us fishermen prefer less wind than the kite surfers. It also has a good depiction of tides. It shows acture wind recordings at different sights.
