Looking for Fishing Buddy who has a Boat!

Weekends are a pretty safe bet. But if someone was going out on a weekday, I would happily book a day off work. All in, I'm pretty flexible if we're talkin about wetting a line.

Good Morning All,

I'm a fisherman from Canada that has just moved to Melbourne. My experience in ocean fishing is fairly limited, as I'm from the landlocked portion of Canada. I've been fishing since I was a kid and have done some guiding in northern Canada for Lake trout/Northern Pike at a world class outfitter. I am super keen to do some fishing down here, however do not have access to a boat. I'd be happy to share costs for gas/bait etc... Looking to get out on the water, have some fun, make some friends and experience the local fisheries.

There are people on here who put post up when they have a spare spot on there boat.
Just keep a eye out.
Also What days are you usally free?
Only weekends or weekdays?

I think there is more spare spots on boats during the week then weekends just have to keep a eye out

Fished a lot there in the past but never really targeted them. By the way if you are after more salmons there should be a lot more from now on

It’s that time of the year mate you caught a bay trout but you should aim to also catch a big chunky one. Like an actual salmon too!
