I'm not 100% sure but from what I've heard they have been around for the last two months or so. Not sure when they start to slow down but still going strong from all accounts...

Rhyll Jetty is also worthwhile trying for an elephant or two. Have caught some decent ones there in the past ........

Plenty of them around Lang Lang, Jam Jerrup, Grantville over the last few weeks. Fish peeled prawn tail. I think this full moon signals the end of the peak time, could be wrong.

I've read somewhere that they come to shallow waters and estuaries between March and May to spawn. I caught my first one in Altona just last Friday evening.Lightningx wrote:When does the run of these usually finish? Or has it finished already?
