I also can't understand why danglers throw their rubbish away at their fishing location, i have always made a point to clean up after i leave from my fishing spot. I have plenty of times cleaned up after other filthy danglers, i figure this is the balance of life (Yin / Yang), someone messes the place, someone cleans up.

It really doesn't take much effort at all, to clean up after yourself when you finish fishing, before you leave your fishing spot. I make it a point to leave the place am fishing at, in a better state than i found it.
