Something that looks so easy to others can be the hardest thing for us. Hence this thread.
Same with me and the breams. A lot of people catching breams on lures so easily, yet I'm struggling. Not meant to be a bream fisherman I guess.

What lures fall into the sub surface category? I was talking to tackle store guy today and asked him as I wondered if wake baits were sub surface. He thought they would be classified as surface; and that some shallow running swimbaits are sub surface. What have you tried anyway?

As for my too hard basket.....losing weight so I can fish better spots. May finally be on track but.

im talking about hardbodys, spinnerbaits and mumblers. all i can catch cod on is surface lures!

would have to be whiting for me !!
i need to spend time actually chasing them first though, but i just never could be bothered..

in the CBFd /too hard basket would be bass, Ep and Cod. only cause i just am not that interested in chasing them.

Big snapper here too. Some ripper tips on here guys keep em coming. I fish only salt will try gars this winter then probably light shore slow for flathead salmon mulloway. Mastered whiting gummy & squid I feel. For kings & tuna I need a mate with a boat :-)
