Good question, but I think it will be fish in possession, whether they are alive or dead or a combination.

The rules have changed recently Wolly. There is now another aspect regarding 'upgrading' once an individual has reached their bag limit. Check out the first post on the related thread from yesterday. The changes are listed there and judging on the way the thread went yesterday....there are obviously some members who are confused. Thursday's opportunity will hopefully clear things up for those who are uncertain.
