I have experienced they turn up in ppb first. But the difference is only a few days.

Whatever the water is warmer, that’s where the reports will come from first, looks like it’s been WP so far

Yes, southern PPB and WPB currently have the same water temp. Northern and Western PPB is noticeably cooler
