Heading out to Brighton tonight, will post how it goes. Hoping to catch whiting or pinkies. I have rigged my line with two sizes of hooks, for either.

Sorry for not updating. Went to Brighton, but went out on the boat launching pier, with the grill base. Few nibbles, lost bait etc, but too dark and boats coming in. Moved onto kerford pier and again no luck. Started getting cold so i told my brother lets pull out the TT Lure 1/2 in Red Nightmare and on first cast hit a flathead. Amazing he saw the colour in the night. I could not see it when retrieving on the pier hehe. Caught 2 more this size. But my 2 hook rig with circle hooks snelled and used mussels and squid. No whiting. I only fished quarter of the way up in shallow. Half way up old fella got a snapper. On the end no luck i think, well while i was there at least.
