Re: Berley
Never heard of it but maybe for luderick? I don't often use berley because it seems to attract the toadies banjos, etc. or because the tide is running so it seems pretty pointless. I always use some when fishing for gars. I sometimes wonder with all the berley going into PPB these days the snapper get so well fed they are less inclined to bite. I remember once fishing in the lake at Merimbula, I put some berley in the water and the toadies' got so thick I just hung my bait in the water while I put the bail over to cast and a toady hooked itself. I ended up moving to get away from them and stopped with the berley.
