No early fish?
The day prior to Paul W and David Kramer fishing in the illegal area of Hazeleood pondage before public access David Kramer stated on talking fishing that there's no early fish.

Mate I saw something about it today and thought about it - didn't look into the details though. Think it will be worth it?
Not sure if its worth it or not but beggars can't be choosers lolll
True - I am a good chance then!
Well let me know if your plan on making an appearance :)
For sure - depending on weather might try for some whiting before hand as well!

Been to a talk on Whiting with Gawain Yawn Blake
This one should be better but I'm not sure if I can get there yet
Gawaine isn't too bad knows his stuff would happily listen to him as I will never support a tackle world event or purchase items from them after the Barra bullshite and the self serving crap on Talking Fishing.

I,m going, I try not to let side issues interfere with enjoying myself in a fishing enviroment where I generally pick up a tip about something or other. A cupla pieces of pizza, a drink and listening to blokes who know what they are lalking about for ten bucks seems good value to me.

All respect to you blue but to me they aren't side issues. Cannot support a business or people who take advantage of publicly funded resources for their own personal gain with no regard for the local community.

I wasn't chasing them but did see a few folks pull in the ting today on the northern side of sorrento channel around the AFN map mark. Maybe they are back after hiding for the Xmas break? I'm sure the secret was the pipi/squid cocktail as usual (and finding the school)!

No need to support anyone for those hot tips (but no free pizza either) haha

It was okay. At least 200 people. I won the raffle prize for some bushy rod and a ryobi reel.. a nice whiting net, whiting fillet knife and some whiting rigs. Not bad for $5 ticket purchase. I also picked up a Daiwa crest for my other whiting rod... yes I know Daiwa!!! I didn't learn as much as I thought because basically they talked about things I already knew.. not bad turn out.
Of course I talk to my self while fishing.. sometimes I need expert advice! :fishing:
