The last time the channel was dredged was 2014 they dredged around the quays and the turn, the waste material was dumped off point Wilson . Both areas really good snapper spots. I would expect short term issues but no lasting issues as the channel has been dredged multiple times.

Expected the no fishing with it being considered infrastructure, didn't hear anything about it needing to be dredged either. Awesome having it in Geelong.

I think so its the one where you drivedown a steepish hill.Left hand side of the pier was always my best pick.

In Victoria you do. Other states have other rules.
Charter boats have to inform all their passengers and display a sign that tells them. If fisheries catch you on a charter boat without a licence you and the operator can receive a fine.
