Lost a few hook ups. Three was enough so left the patch for others. She is a champ. Fought them and la...

As a kid many moons ago, my first rod was a bamboo branch with 8 lb mono line attached to the end of it with a float and my hook was made of bent sewing needles. I caught garfish, small salm...

Re: Shoalin shadow knocker fist handline technique revel

Very ingenious idea, Jason , , , , I get a bit funny about it being a glass bottle , , , , mainly of it breaking. But I assume a plastic bottle with a bit of sand in it would work just as well. Would a plastic bottle with some sand in it still work? If it does, my empty Jacks bottles have to be re-p...

Many people there caught Flathead. Also little pinkie still around the pier. I caught silver whiting or orange whiting. Not a bad ...

Re: Do we over fish the snapper?

Are you guys talking about pinkies or snapper? I find snapper season a struggle every year....the amount of boat traffic on the bays is crazy & more often than not I come home with nothing. Things have got better, but I wouldnt say things are great
